the PHP2HTML service and FTP's the changed pages up to a virtual or
dedicated web server. If you have professional version you can
run PHP2HTML on your web server and save the FTP step.
This page is an example of a static HTM page
that is generated every hour (or time period of your choice) using the content of a public news feed.
You control the news feed that appears on your page, it can be your own
private feed or one of the thousands that are are available.
PHP2HTML works in a WINDOWS IIS environment
with the PHP extension. You do not have to have an apache server
to use PHP as your source.

PHP
is a widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited
for Web development. Your web server or host that runs the PHP2HTML program
needs to be enabled to run the scrip. The binaries that are need to
activate the script are free and can be downloaded from the PHP site.
